Refunds & Returns Policy

 If a purchased physical product is received in a damaged state, or breaks within 24 hours of purchase an exchange or refund (up to 100%) may be permitted at SillyStoat’s discretion.

Refunds of merely unwanted purchases is not permitted, but items may be exchanged for one of equal or lesser value as long as they are in original packaging and undamaged.

 

Exchanges of physical products:

Exchanges must be made during Artist Alley, Dealer’s Den or Market hours by visiting the booth. Exchanges can only be made for items of equal or lesser value (multiple items of lesser value may be bundled together for exchange, so long as the total price of such items does not exceed the original item’s value).

 

Refunds of physical products:

If a refund is required outside of attended Artist Alley, Dealer’s Den or Market hours, or you are unable to return to my table; please reach out by E-mail to sillystoat@gmail.com with details of your concern.

Any and all refunds of defective or damaged product will be handled on a case-by-case basis.Refunded goods may require return of the physical item being refunded, at SillyStoat’s discretion.All refunds during convention hours will be made in cash or e-transfer, regardless of original payment type. If you are not available in-person, and cannot receive Canadian e-transfer services, accommodation will be made for your particular case.

*Any abuse of chargebacks will result in a ban from future purchasing of goods and services.

 

Commission refund Policy:

Depending on completion of commissioned work, commissions may be refunded up to 100%.

Generally speaking, but up to SillyStoat’s discretion;

Not Started – 100% refund

Sketch – 50% refund

Line art – 25% refund

Colour – No refund permitted

We do our best to complete all commissions before the end of attended events.
If you are unable to return to the booth to pick up your commission, contact us at sillystoat@gmail.com to make arrangements for delivery.

If your commission is not finished prior to the end of attended Artist Alley, Dealer’s Den or Market hours, on the last day of such event, you will be reached out to with offer for refunded or letter-mailed work. Such instances will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
